The perfect first crayon:

The unique chubby shape of BeeSticks makes them easier for small hands to hold, but much harder for small hands to break! Each crayon is 55mm long and 20mm in diameter.

Natural + food-grade ingredients:

Handmade using 100% pure beeswax and food-grade pigments for colour. Non-toxic and safe for toddlers and children, with no paraffin wax or cheap chemical-based colors

The beeswax used to create BeeSticks is a natural by-product of honey production. This sustainable process causes minimal impact on the environment and gives the crayons a wonderful honey scent.

Delivery and Returns

BEESTICKS ASSURANCE

Thank you for buying from us. We promote conscious consumerism; therefore, we urge you to go through all the information we have put together before making your purchase decision. We do not encourage returns, refunds or exchanges unless in either of the below situations: You receive a faulty or defective product. At Beesticks, quality service is second nature hence, we don’t foresee such occurrences. However, if you have any of the above-mentioned situation, please be rest assured that we will do everything within our power to make it right for you.

CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT RETURNS

The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in, along with any bills, tags, labels, etc. Products must be in their original form and unsoiled. Brand packaging should be intact. Replacement of a product will be subject to the availability of the product on the website at that time.

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND GUIDELINES

If the goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition, please email us at beesticks.in@gmail.com with a photograph or video of the damaged product & invoice details. Your email must contain the name of the product and the order ID along with a detailed description of the nature of the concern, and photograph or videos of the product in case of damages or manufacturing defects. The email must be sent within 3 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 3 days of delivery shall be entertained at the sole discretion of Beesticks. We will be unable to facilitate returns or exchanges for products made as per custom requirements. We will be unable to facilitate refunds, returns, or exchanges for products on discount/sale. If Beesticks agrees to a refund, then you must send the product back to Beesticks within 7 days of Beesticks agreeing to the refund. Please ship your return/exchange order to the shipping address communicated to you via email. Refunds are processed within one week of receiving the returned goods. We can only process refunds for exchanges or returns once we have received the product. Typically, this timeline is 5-7 days from the date of return shipping. Returned goods should retain their original tags. Goods that are damaged/without tags will be returned to the customer. We hope it doesn't come to this, but should the goods return to us by you fail to meet our returns standards, the cost of returning them to you will have to be borne by you.
