What are we here for?
Our Montessori inspired, non toxic products are designed for safe exploration by nimble fingers, and curious minds. Free from harmful additives, they encourage natural grip, hand strength, and open ended play allowing children to explore, make marks, make mistakes, and try again.
BeeSticks was born, when our founder noticed little ones putting crayons in their mouths. A closer look revealed some not-so-great ingredients: paraffin wax and printing pigments that didn’t belong anywhere near curious kids. So, BeeSticks was created — with a mission that still guides us today: to make safer, planet-friendly creative tools that kids love to use.
We think about the whole journey — from creation to scribble to storage and clean-up. All of our packaging is fully recyclable or reuseable

The Making of a Beesticks crayon
Most crayons are made from paraffin wax which is the wax leftover when crude oils like petrol and diesel are refined.
Honeysticks Beeswax Crayons are made from pure beeswax, collected from hives and gently purified with minimal processing.
